The Fraternity of Phi Kappa Theta of Louisiana Omicron

The Louisiana Omicron chapter of Phi Kappa Theta is The University of Louisiana’s oldest fraternal tradition. Our chapter was established as Theta Kappa Phi and came onto USL’s campus in 1941. Phi Kappa Theta represents the union of two older fraternities: Phi Kappa and Theta Kappa Phi. The two fraternities had 63 chapters between them when they joined forces to form Phi Kappa Theta on April 29, 1959. Being a UL tradition for over sixty-six years, we have established ourselves as being one of the CLOSEST and most RESPECTED fraternities who exhibit the TRUE meaning of BROTHERHOOD.
